Savcon is proud to have been a part of this amazing transformation, where the responsibility of restoring this heritage listed Australian icon was shared with us.

The scope required over 2800sqm of timber flooring, of which as much of the existing floorboards had to be salvaged and recycled then seamlessly incorporated back within the new floorboards. This also meant achieving over 90% landfill diversion for demolition waste.

The result? A timeless harmony between past and present, proving that sustainability and heritage can go hand in hand.
