Mario’s passion for Savcon, its achievements, and its continued growth inspires both staff and clients, shaping a culture of trust and excellence.
ROHAN JONES
General Manager
Rohan’s carpentry qualifications, industry knowledge, and meticulous eye for detail position him as a key leader within Savcon. His expertise spans all areas of the business – from estimating & design to procurement and final delivery. Rohan’s drive for excellence ensures the successful execution of every project, making him instrumental to the company’s continued growth and success.
LINDSAY MAY
Operations Manager
With over 25 years of experience, Lindsay brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on expertise to Savcon. His deep understanding of construction processes and uncompromising focus on safety have been instrumental in the successful delivery of Savcon’s projects. Lindsay’s skills continue to play a key role in mentoring site teams, and supporting the growth of staff across all levels.

Finance Manager
With many years of dedicated service to the company, our Accounts Manager is renowned for her attention to detail and tenacity in problem-solving. Her exceptional organisational skills ensure that complex processes run smoothly and efficiently, while her persistence and precision continue to uphold the highest standards across our operations. She is a cornerstone of the business and a trusted member of our leadership team.
ADAM HARVEY
Senior Estimator
Adam’s exceptional management skills quickly earned him the role of Site Manager, where he consistently delivered projects on time, within budget, and defect-free. His strong attention to detail and professionalism led to a promotion to Project Manager, and soon after, he transitioned into the role of Senior Estimator – where his analytical mindset and technical expertise continue to shine. Adam is a prime example of how Savcon recognises, nurtures, and promotes outstanding talent from within.
LUKE PRYKAZA
Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator
Luke has continued to grow within Savcon, evolving his expertise to take on the role of Warehouse and Logistics Co-ordinator. With a strong foundation in carpentry and project management, Luke brings a practical, detail-oriented approach to overseeing warehouse operations and supply chain logistics. His methodical nature and commitment to efficiency ensure that materials and resources are managed seamlessly, supporting smooth project delivery across all sites. Luke’s reliability and proactive mindset make him an essential part of the team, driving operational excellence behind the scenes.
DAVID KINGHAM
Project Manager
Starting his mass timber journey as a structural engineer and now as a Project Manager, he expertly leads the design, procurement, and planning of our mass timber projects.
Known for building strong relationships with both local and global suppliers, David effectively bridges the gap between design and installation. His extensive experience includes major mass timber projects across Australia, New Zealand, and Asia. Additionally, David is highly skilled in digital construction methodologies and utilises CM Builder for virtual construction planning, driving greater project efficiency and accuracy.
GRANT WILSON
Project Manager
Grant Wilson brings strong leadership and clear communication to his role as Project Manager. With 22 years of experience across both high end residential and commercial construction, he successfully spearheaded Savcon’s expansion into Tasmania, leading teams across multiple projects with outstanding results. His achievements and ability to manage diverse stakeholders led to his promotion to Project Manager in NSW, where he now oversees a larger team and a broader portfolio of projects.
TAMARA SHAKESPEARE
Office Manager
Tamara’s experience within varying administrative fields and having achieved a Certificate 4 in Human Resources, provides her with the unique insight to audit and create policies and operational procedures at the core of the company, ensuring efficient performance. It has enabled her to implement a compliant and cohesive environment for both the on site and office teams which has dramatically improved the resourcefulness of Savcon’s operative systems
