Senior Estimator

Adam’s exceptional management skills quickly earned him the role of Site Manager, where he consistently delivered projects on time, within budget, and defect-free. His strong attention to detail and professionalism led to a promotion to Project Manager, and soon after, he transitioned into the role of Senior Estimator – where his analytical mindset and technical expertise continue to shine. DAVID KINGHAM

Project Manager

Starting his mass timber journey as a structural engineer and now as a Project Manager, he expertly leads the design, procurement, and planning of our mass timber projects.

Known for building strong relationships with both local and global suppliers, David effectively bridges the gap between design and installation. His extensive experience includes major mass timber projects across Australia, New Zealand, and Asia. Additionally, David is highly skilled in digital construction methodologies and utilises CM Builder for virtual construction planning, driving greater project efficiency and accuracy.

GRANT WILSON

Project Manager

Grant Wilson brings strong leadership and clear communication to his role as Project Manager. With 22 years of experience across both high end residential and commercial construction, he successfully spearheaded Savcon’s expansion into Tasmania, leading teams across multiple projects with outstanding results. His achievements and ability to manage diverse stakeholders led to his promotion to Project Manager in NSW, where he now oversees a larger team and a broader portfolio of projects.

TAMARA SHAKESPEARE

Office Manager

Tamara’s experience within varying administrative fields and having achieved a Certificate 4 in Human Resources, provides her with the unique insight to audit and create policies and operational procedures at the core of the company, ensuring efficient performance. It has enabled her to implement a compliant and cohesive environment for both the on site and office teams which has dramatically improved the resourcefulness of Savcon’s operative systems
