The Gunnery Building is on the NSW State Heritage Register and anything listed Heritage will present a challenge.

Savcon carefully removed the existing Heritage Timber floors and joists then had to pack, level and sheet with Fire Crunch in order to bring the building up to current construction codes.

As well as this meticulous process Savcon re-instated heritage windows as well as supply and install timber stairs. NSW State Government invested to improve this early 20th Century federation warehouse building hub for artists and the broader community.
